    Walked in to the store, no sales staff available to help within sight. Walked around the entire store aimlessly with no sale staff around or offering help. Got back near the enterance and spotted two men gossiping behind a couple of units. They saw me but no smile and they didn't come over to help me. Stood purposefully by the door about to leave, looking around as if I needed help (which I did!!) but still they looked at me blankly and then continued chatting. So I called over - "I think you need to work on your customer service skills" ....to which one of them rudely replied in a blokey patronising voice "How's that then?" I went in on September 1st at around 2pm
